We welcome Caroline Häggström – new Sales Manager Healthcare at Emballator Tectubes

What are your first impressions of Emballator?

“My impressions are very positive; I’ve met a lot of friendly colleagues and I have the impression that this is a warm company with great values. In a positive way Tectubes is a small company, but part of a bigger group which creates resources when it comes to IT, investments, and so on”, says Caroline Häggström.

What is your primary role?

“I will be responsible for sales in the business area Healthcare, which means tubes for pharmaceuticals and personal care products. I am really looking forward to being part of Emballator’s expansion and development of future packaging and here I can make use of my experience from business development and the tube industry.”

Shortly, can you tell us about your background?

“I studied MSc in Economics and Marketing and have been working with sales and marketing since then. For 12 years I worked with plastic tubes and had Tectubes as a competitor, so I know the company and the business very well from then. I’ve always been working with B2B Sales with products as chemicals, hygiene, and promotion. I’ve been working with suppliers in Asia and customers in Scandinavia and Europe.”

How would you describe yourself?
“I am positive and always try to see solutions and possibilities. I’m also quite analytic and like to investigate things and I am also curious about new people and cultures.”

Our values are important for us, which one or ones do you carry with you in your work?

“For my role it’s “Our energy”, I believe in innovation and that it’s always important to see the customers’ needs when developing products. I think it’s not possible to work without Personal commitment and a Long-term approach is also important to be able to grow and become better. I also like “Our DNA” with Warm heart, Clean hands and Cool head. This stands for a very good approach to business development.”

Finally, what are you doing in your spare time?

“I like to learn all about new things that I do, I become a little bit of a nerd. Right now, I am spending a lot of time in my new garden landscaping and planting. I also like to grow things that I can eat and that goes well with my interest in cooking. My spare time I spend with family, friends, training, and my dog. And I also love to travel.”
