What are your first impressions of Emballator?
“That it is a forward-thinking company with high customer focus. Very welcoming.”
What is your primary role?
“I am responsible for sales and marketing within Emballator Metal Group. For me customer satisfaction and achievements of the company are the most important.”
Shortly, can you tell us about your background?
“I have experience from different kind of industries within B2B working commercially in different roles and area of responsibility. Most recently I come from the retail business and a role as responsible for a business area. There my role was to secure that we had the right offer in the market. In general, I have been working a lot with international companies and customers.”
How would you describe yourself?
“I am down to earth with high commercial focus. For me it is important to see the full picture in the whole company and all processes to meet the needs and wishes from the customers. Since I have been working in different roles and industries, I bring different views and experiences which I believe bring value.
As a colleague I am positive and see things from the bright side. I like to see potential and possibilities and I believe that most things can be solved.”
Our values are important for us, which one or ones do you carry with you in your work?
“The Emballator values are a match towards my own and what I believe is important. Above all I think the cornerstones with society, customer focus, employees, and profitability are important.
It is important to work on being a part of the society and it is good for Ulricehamn that we are located here. Employees is also important for me; I believe in working and delivering as a team. To be successful all processes are important, and everyone needs to be on board. Profitability and having a long-term approach are also key.”
Finally, what are you doing in your spare time?
“I spend a lot of time with my family and friends. I do not have any specific hobbies, but I like to spend time outdoors in the nature and in the forest.”
