What are your first impressions of Emballator?

“That it is a very warm and welcoming company. I quickly felt like one of the team and like the forward thinking that exists.”

What is your primary role?

“I am responsible for all HR related questions in Ulricehamn and Lempäälä in Finland. That means, for example, to secure and develop processes, work with Employer branding, labor law and trade union questions.”

Shortly, can you tell us about your background?

“During my career I have been working most of the time in the industry in different HR roles. I like to work in a Group where you can exchange best practice and develop each other. I studied industrial economy and human resources.”

How would you describe yourself?

“I am a positive person that wants to see solutions. I like to support employees, leaders, and organization. I also enjoy working towards goals and finding a structure, it should be easy to do the right thing.”

Our values are important for us, which one or ones do you carry with you in your work?

“I support all values; they are a match towards my own and that is important for me. It was the values and work with them that made me interested in Emballator. The cornerstones, energy and DNA can guide us, and I am excited about working with developing them in the company.”

Finally, what are you doing in your spare time?

“I like to be active, play paddle tennis or go for a walk. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.”
