What are your first impressions of Emballator?

“It’s exciting and I feel very welcome to the company. There is a lot of new things to learn but everything is exciting. It feels like there is a lot of heart in the company and everyone is happy.”

What is your primary role?

“I will run the financial department here. I am also a part of the management team and will in that work influence and develop the company further.”

Shortly, can you tell us about your background?

“I am from Norway from the beginning and moved to Sweden 1989. I started working in accounting and have been working with finance in my whole career, the last 20 years as CFO. My last job was as CFO at a company in Lagan.”

How would you describe yourself?

“Accurate, loyal, caring, and inclusive. I think participation is incredibly important and it is close to my heart. I think it’s fun to build relationships.”

Our values are important for us, which one or ones do you carry with you in your work?

“For me in my role, profitability, one of the cornerstones, is most important. But also, being long-term and taking social responsibility, all the cornerstones are fundamental. Innovation is important in order not to stand still and without employees it is difficult to move forward.”

Finally, what are you doing in your spare time?

“I like to spend time with family and friends. I have a summer house next to Karlskrona in southern part of Sweden and I like to spend time there. Both doing some renovating and for relaxation, that is a place where I can relax and feel good.”
