What are your first impressions of Emballator?

“That it is a structured, passionate, and welcoming company. There is also a lot of joy. Emballator in Växjö is a modern company but with long traditions, it is a mix between modern production and traditions.”

What is your primary role?

“My primary role as Sales and Marketing Manager is to build the new team in step 1. It is also working close to our largest customer, that is an important assignment.

I am passionate about seeing people develop in their roles and I get excited and happy when I get to follow someone’s personal development.”

Shortly, can you tell us about your background?

“I have a teacher’s degree and a master’s degree in biology, but I haven’t been working as a teacher for one day. Instead, I started working at Astra Zeneca and stayed there for 19 years, I had a lot of different roles but mainly in Sales and Marketing. The last 5 years I have worked at Viking beds.”

How would you describe yourself?

“I am happy, engaged, and have a drive. I am curious and an easy person to work with.”

Our values are important for us, which one or ones do you carry with you in your work?

“I think Courage is very good. You can have courage in different ways, and I think it is a lot about leadership. As a leader you can show courage when it comes to hard decisions but also showing that you do not know the answer to everything.

I also think Personal commitment is important. That is also something that is visible here in Växjö.”

Finally, what are you doing in your spare time?

“If I can do whatever I want, I barbecue. I barbecue about 150 days a year and my family are really tired of it. I barbecue everything and it has become a little bit of a sport.

I also enjoy spending time in the nature and meeting family and friends.”
