What are your first impressions of Emballator?

“They are only positive. Emballator is an interesting company with a modern and automized production as well as good values. It seems to be great people here and that is the most important.”

What is your primary role?

“I am responsible for purchasing locally at Emballator Lagan. Right now, it is a lot of compilation and getting a picture of what we buy, but soon the job will be to create a purchase and planning department that works.”

Shortly, can you tell us about your background?

“After an industrial gymnasium I started working at Tenneco and stayed there for almost 17 years. I started in the warehouse and slowly worked myself up in the company. The last years there was as purchase manager. After that I have worked as responsible for purchase and planning at several companies. I think it is a great combination and it fun to be involved in production.”

How would you describe yourself?

“I try to be a driving person. I also try to be happy, positive, and humble.”

Our values are important for us, which one or ones do you carry with you in your work?

“All parts are important, and all are good, but Society and taking social responsibility stands out. Then the pinecones are also important as DNA. Profitability is also important.”

Finally, what are you doing in your spare time?

“I enjoy being in nature and either fishing or hunting. I like animals and nature a lot and find it wonderful to observe and study things around me.”
