What are your first impressions of Emballator?

”A positive impression, it feels like the company is investing both locally and centrally. It is clear that investments are made in growth to be able to development and evolve.”

What is your primary role?

“It is divided in two parts, one is in the management team, the other is setting the structure for the new finance organization and leading that. In the management team it is about working towards the goals, creating strategies, and taking decisions towards them. In the finance department it is building a new team and working both short and long term. A lot of my focus will be placed on profitability, making sure that we do the right things, and knowing where we are profitable.”

Shortly, can you tell us about your background?

“I started as an accountant and since 2005 I have had leading roles in the manufacturing industry, both as Accounting manager and CFO. I have been working on different types of companies and seen a lot of different types of manufacturing.”

How would you describe yourself?

“I see myself as quite calm, thoughtful, and analytical. I am receptive and like to take part in reasoning and thoughts before I make a decision.”

Our values are important for us, which one or ones do you carry with you in your work?

“All values are important in their own way. But Courage is important, to dare to make decisions. It is important not only to discuss but to make decisions and learn from them. Profitability and having a Long-term approach are also very important.”

Finally, what are you doing in your spare time?

“In addition to spending time with family, I like to spend time hunting. I like to be in the forest and participate in driven hunt with my dog. Then I like to play badminton in different constellations.”
