Innovative tube solutions from Emballator at PCD – Paris Packaging Week

During 2022, Emballator launched a series of innovative small dose tubes for cosmetic and personal care. At Paris Packaging Week 2023, Emballator will show the Twist Off Recap tube – a tube with a unique closure and with 16% less CO2 emissions.

When it comes to the segment beauty and personal care, innovative and sustainable small tubes with smart closures are the focus for Emballator. Since launching their Twist Off Recap tube in June 2022, Emballator has worked with improving the tubes environmental impact.

“We have continued to make our tubes more sustainable. For example, the Twist Off Recap tube has a cap solution that reduces the material content by 10% and compared to extruded tubes it has 16% less CO2 emissions. We are continuously working with mono-materials and material optimization”, says Jim Johannesson, Sales and Marketing Manager at Emballator Tectubes.

All tubes from Emballator are manufactured with electricity from 100% renewable sources and in a manufacturing process that fulfills standards: ISO9001:2015, ISO15378:2017 and ISO14001.

“During the fair in Paris we look forward talking to new and existing customers on how we can develop their unique tubes and reach their sustainability targets. With the Twist Off Recap, we have a unique solution and can create custom caps and unique designs”, says Jim Johannesson.
