“I have been incredibly warmly welcomed by everyone and my closest colleagues in sales have received me well. I feel so taken care of and everyone is so friendly. I have received a very positive impression from everyone. Warm and nice welcome!”
What is your primary role?
“I will mainly work with business connected to our machine investment and new line that will be in place this autumn. I will focus on learning everything about Emballator and the product that we will be selling. I will also dive deep into the customers who can grow together with us. Then I will also find new customers and develop those businesses.
My role is focused on Personal Care and cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. I have worked in these segments before and they are also a personal interest, so it will be very exciting. I have worked with quite a few of the clients in the past, so I know those companies well.”
Shortly, can you tell us about your background?
“I studied industrial economics and production at Jönköping School of Engineering. Then I ended up at a recycling company and got to learn a lot about sustainability, taking care of resources and so on – incredibly cool! After that, I have worked with packaging in fiber and paper, I have worked closely with customers in industry and most recently with consumers.”
How would you describe yourself?
“I am an open, happy, and easy-going person. I am very interested in other companies’ production and curious to learn new things. I think it feels very exciting to be part of this journey!”
Our values are important for us, which one or ones do you carry with you in your work?
“Customer focus, I would say. What is so fantastic is that I get a good customer base and a lot is about customer focus and long-termism in that work. I think it’s about long-term business development with a focus on profitability.”
Finally, what are you doing in your spare time?
“Above all, I spend a lot of time with my family. I also practice triathlon and am a happy amateur who likes to participate in competitions around where I live.”
