Emballator proudly presents EmStay 30H60, a revolutionary plastic tethered cap designed specifically for PET wine bottles. As the packaging industry gears up to meet new EU regulations, the patent-pending EmStay 30H60 stands out for its innovative design, safety features, and ease of use.

The EmStay 30H60 is a part of Emballators’ recently launched product series EmStay and is meticulously crafted to fit bottles conforming to the CEN 16593 PET BVS 30H60 finish, allowing it to integrate seamlessly into existing capping lines without any adjustments. This ensures that customers can adopt the new cap without facing significant operational disruptions.

One of the key features of the EmStay 30H60 is its tethered design, which offers dual-direction functionality and includes a locking slot for enhanced safety and user convenience. This design has been extensively tested and has received positive feedback from both customers and consumers.

The caps are manufactured from 100% HDPE available in both virgin and mass-balanced forms, with Saranex liners for added protection. They come in a variety of vibrant colors, produced in Emballator’s state-of-the-art automated facility, ensuring the highest quality from granules to the final product.
