Meet Bart Bouckaert, New Managing Director at Avez!

We are thrilled to welcome Bart Bouckaert as the new Managing Director at Avez, our recently acquired company in northern France. Bart Bouckaert brings over 25 years of leadership experience and business development in the paper and plastics industry and we are excited to have him in Emballator Group, a leading packaging solutions provider.
Bart Bouckaert’s focus is clear, building strong customer relationships and guiding the team towards shared goals. He will be working closely with the new sales manager to get to know our customers better and align Avez’s future with Emballator’s long-term growth strategy. He’s excited about leading the team and creating a great future-proof working environment for everyone.

Bart Bouckaert is also keeping an eye on important industry trends, such as upcoming legislation and digitalization. He’s curious about how regulations like PPWR and EPR schemes will affect our work but sees it as an opportunity to turn those challenges into advantages. He’s also excited about incorporating digital tools into our daily routines to make our processes more efficient, without losing that important human connection.
A bit about Bart Bouckaert —he lives in Belgium with his family. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, long walks and cycling in his free time.
