Meet Jim Åhman – KAM at Emballator Lagan

We are excited to introduce Jim Åhman, a valuable employee at Emballator who has made a significant impact on our team in Lagan. With over eight years of experience at the company, Jim has built strong relationships with his customers and become a key person in our mission to provide the best packaging solutions.

As a Key Account Manager (KAM), Jim plays a central role in helping and supporting customers in choosing the right packaging for their products. A typical workday is filled with visiting customers, allowing him to see different businesses up close.

“If I’m not out visiting customers, I’m often answering questions about material choices – recycled or not, it’s a constant topic. My goal is to guide them to the right solutions.”

Since joining Emballator, Jim has seen his role evolve, and he emphasizes the importance of credibility and humor in his work.

“Being trustworthy in our relationships is crucial, and a good dose of humor helps us handle even the most challenging situations. It’s always about putting the customer first.”

Outside of work, Jim is a dedicated parent. He is actively involved in his children’s activities, like ice hockey and horseback riding. “Your children won’t remember what you did for a living, but they will remember the fun times you had together,” says Jim thoughtfully.

Jim is optimistic about the future at Emballator. He thinks ONE Emballator will strengthen us, and he look forward to continuing to grow with the company.
