Meet Axel Brandting – Production Technician at Emballator in Växjö

We’re excited to introduce Axel Brandting, our dedicated production technician at Emballator in Växjö! With a focus on securing and developing our production processes, Axel plays a vital role in our team.

Every day is unique for Axel. He might work independently or collaborate with colleagues. The day typically starts with a morning meeting to address any urgent issues, but he often dedicates his time to long-term projects.

“I enjoy the variation in my work and making a difference in both operations and workplace issues and I love the chance to work on new projects.”

Axel’s journey with Emballator began during his training as a maintenance technician in 2017. After gaining experience, he became the team leader for the maintenance team before transitioning to his current role as a production technician in early 2023.

One project Axel is particularly proud of is the development of a brand-new assembly line for our largest product. This exciting endeavor involved collaboration with a supplier from Canada and took over a year to complete, involving teamwork across borders.

In his role, Axel believes that being analytical and humble are key traits. He emphasizes the importance of understanding colleagues’ challenges to effectively solve problems.

“It’s crucial to appreciate each other’s work situations,” he advises.

Axel also resonates with Emballators’s value of courage, which encourages the team to explore new solutions. He finds the variety in his job rewarding, as he takes on significant responsibilities.

When he’s not at work, Axel enjoys playing and competing in disc golf, as well as indulging in board games. He also loves to travel with friends from across Europe, exploring new countries and cultures together.
