Meet Mattias Arvidsson – Technical Support at Emballator in Lagan

We are excited to introduce Mattias Arvidsson, our fantastic colleague working in technical support here at Emballator in Lagan. With solid experience and a passion for technology, Mattias is a valuable resource for both our customers and our team.

With a background in production since 2004, Mattias has closely witnessed the company’s development. He describes his role as a mix of technical advice and project management.

“I provide technical support for our products and machines for customer production. I am also involved in product projects and share insights from customers about how the products should work.”

He is especially proud to be part of launching new products on the market, from plastic-reduced food containers to buckets made from recycled material. Every day brings new challenges, both internally and with customers, making the work exciting and unique.

Mattias believes his years in production gave him a strong foundation for his current job. This understanding allows him to offer valuable support and advice, which is crucial for building strong customer relationships.

“It creates understanding at all levels and makes it easier to communicate the right information to the customer.”

Outside of work, Mattias is a dedicated parent with three children. He lives 15 km outside Ljungby and always tries to find time to exercise, especially cycling. “I aim to achieve a new personal best in the Cykelvasan – under 3.30!” he says.

A fun fact that more people should know about Mattias is that he is a master at making homemade mulled wine. Additionally, he is quite good at cooking the right amount of pasta, a hidden talent that comes in handy when the family gathers.
