Meet Camilla Arnesson – a versatile and dedicated employee at Emballator!
Posted 2025-02-13Camilla began her journey at the warehouse in Växjö in the summer of 2021 and has since taken on a variety of responsibilities. She manages call-offs from external warehouses, purchases of consumables, and waste management. Additionally, she supports the order and planning department with administrative tasks and is responsible for forklifts, ensuring that all forklift operators have the correct certifications and that the forklifts are in good condition.
A typical workday for Camilla starts with checking the day’s deliveries, followed by a morning meeting with the Warehouse & Logistics team. The rest of the day varies and can include everything from warehouse work to administrative tasks such as bookings, orders, and contacts with external suppliers.
Camilla has developed a lot in her role and appreciates that she constantly gets to learn new things. She says, “My role changes slightly all the time as I gain more knowledge, which is very fun and something I enjoy a lot.”
The most enjoyable part of the job, according to Camilla, is the variety and the ability to reprioritize when new things come up. She is particularly proud of having supported other departments during periods of high workload and contributing to creating more space by reorganizing the warehouse.
For Camilla, flexibility, social skills, and patience are important qualities in her profession. She also strives to further develop in the quality area.
Outside of work, Camilla lives in the countryside outside Växjö with her family and enjoys taking care of the garden and the forest, which she describes as her “best yoga.”
Camilla is positive about the future at Emballator and appreciates the friendly colleagues and the opportunity to constantly develop. Her advice to those who want to work in her profession is simple: “Go for it.”
