Welcome our new Technical Manager Vivien Duflos at Emballator Avez

We are thrilled to announce that Vivien Duflos has joined our team at Emballator Avez. “Vivien Duflos is stepping into the shoes of Antoine Avez, as Technical Manager in our team, since a few weeks. This is a big event for us”, says Avez Managing Director Bart Bouckaert.

 

Vivien brings a wealth of experience from his previous role at Toyota, where he successfully built a strong team spirit across four departments and achieved shop targets through quality problem-solving actions. His curiosity has also led him to explore other business fields, such as laundry and logistics.

 

At Emballator Avez, Vivien is responsible for QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) and maintenance services. His day typically starts with wearing his PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and greeting everyone in Production, Maintenance, and the Office, while taking the morning feedback. Although he is still new to the role, he is gradually taking part in various topics and is eager to improve daily conditions and make tomorrow a better day.

 

Vivien values being attentive to others and knowing how to reassure, and he aims to enhance his leadership skills to motivate and support his team. He is excited to join Avez and help develop the company with his skills. He hopes for a long-term career at Emballator, where he can shape the future and make a positive impact.

 

Vivien hails from Lille, in the north of France, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys motorcycling, running, and playing golf.

 

Vivien’s advice to anyone wanting to work in his profession is to be close to people and listen to them. We are delighted to have Vivien as part of our team and look forward to the positive impact he will bring to Emballator Avez. Welcome, Vivien!
