Emballator Celebrates 50 Years – A Journey of Innovation and Sustainability!

This year marks an important milestone: 50 years since Emballator became part of the Herenco Group. The acquisition took place in 1975, and since then we have grown together into the strong player in the packaging industry that we are today.

But our story goes back to 1875, when a small tinsmith’s workshop on a farm in Torhult handcrafted household items. From these roots, we have grown through innovation, quality, and a constant focus on our customers’ needs.

Herenco, originally a group mainly engaged in the newspaper industry, has made a strategic shift toward packaging solutions – a development that has shaped our identity and future.

Today, we stand strong as part of a long tradition, but with our eyes set on sustainable and innovative solutions for tomorrow’s packaging.
