Emballator Metal Group Sponsorship Policy
Emballator Metal Group receives many sponsorship requests. We would like to sponsor as many as possible but naturally have limited opportunities to do so. Therefore, we must prioritize sponsorship based on our company’s core values and where our products and services are presented in a positive context.
Emballator’s core values are long-term perspective, development, simplicity, and commitment. Emballator Metal Group wants to show with its sponsorship the local commitment that creates development and long-term perspective for the associations and the individual members in the area where we conduct our operations. We want our sponsorship policy to create simplicity for our partners.
Emballator Metal Group’s sponsorship shall:
- Be an activity that aligns with the core values
- Be directed towards local associations and clubs within sports and culture
- Especially support integration and social activities (primarily for children and youth)
- Give something back to the company and its employees in the form of a counter-performance
- Be popular and reach a broad audience
Emballator Ulricehamns Bleck AB does not sponsor:
- Individuals
- Religious or political organizations
- Activities that are ethically questionable due to lack of consideration for, e.g. the environment, social aspects, animal protection or anything that violate our values
Guidelines
Emballator Metal Group signs sponsorship agreements where the validity of the agreement and counter-performances such as exposure, activities, tickets, etc., are clearly stated. The company wants the sponsorship to be based on mutuality and that the recipient makes the sponsorship known to the association’s or club’s members. Our sponsorship is associated with the purpose of promoting relationships and strengthening our brand. We prioritize associations/activities that report the outcome and benefit of the company’s sponsorship.
Application
Applications must be made in writing where the association describes its activities, counter-performance, and sponsorship amount (which must include advertising tax). Our internal sponsorship council meets 4 times a year and reviews the applications received, and in connection with this, decisions on sponsorship are announced. All applications received, whether approved or not, receive a written decision. Sponsorship is granted a maximum of once a year.
