What is ISCC+?
The International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) is an independent, multi-stakeholder initiative and leading certification system that supports sustainable, fully traceable, deforestation-free, and more sustainable supply chains.
ISCC+ is a certification that focuses on environmental, social, and economic sustainability within the packaging industry, reflecting our vision of creating a more sustainable future for the next generations. By meeting the ISCC+ standard, we certify that our products meet strict criteria for both sustainable and responsible production.
The ISCC+ certification means that we:
Promote a circular economy: By actively using recycled materials and reducing our carbon footprint, we support the transition to a circular economy. We invest in innovative technologies and production methods to ensure the lowest possible environmental impact. The origin is bio-based residual products, residues from forestry, agriculture, vegetable oils, which are mixed in at an early stage during the production of the raw material.
Ensure traceability: ISCC+ provides us with tools to trace the origin and handling of our raw materials, increasing transparency and allowing our customers to make informed decisions. We strive to create an open and transparent supply chain where our customers can follow the path from raw material to finished product.
Enable sustainable supply chains: The certification strengthens our commitment to collaborate with suppliers and partners who share our sustainability goals and values. We promote close cooperation with our suppliers to ensure that our shared sustainability goals are met throughout the production process.
