Leila is a key figure within Emballator’s sales team, focusing on the pharmaceutical, beauty, and beverage segments. As an Account Manager, she plays a central role in managing customer relationships and driving successful projects, such as the recent launch of our innovative screw-top wine and spirits cap.

A typical workday for Leila is dynamic and varied. It can involve everything from client meetings and pricing to participating in major projects to develop new products. Since joining Emballator, her role has evolved significantly. Starting as Sales Support in the fall of 2022, Leila has now taken on the role of Account Manager with increased responsibilities and challenges.

“Today, I am a key player in Emballator’s sales team, and I love the variety my role offers. Every day is a new challenge, from managing customer relationships to participating in exciting projects,” says Leila.

Since becoming an Account Manager, Leila has played a crucial role in developing and structuring the company’s sales process, which will benefit the entire department in the long run. She says the most satisfying aspect of being an Account Manager is the wide variety of tasks and the social context.

“We have a culture where we are given freedom with responsibility, and that’s something I truly appreciate. Working in a team with such dedicated colleagues gives me energy every day. Laughter is truly a natural part of the workday,” says Leila.

Outside of work, Leila is a dedicated person with a passion for horses. She picks up new song lyrics at lightning speed and enjoys engaging in various activities and socializing. Leila is always a willing participant in mood-lifting events. Right now, she is preparing to become a parent with her partner and is eagerly anticipating the upcoming change in life.

“Having the opportunity to grow as a person both at work and in my personal life is something I really value,” Leila emphasizes.
