At Emballator, we believe that strong partnerships are built on listening and learning. That is why we carry out a customer survey every year to better understand your needs, expectations and experiences.
This year’s survey included customers from all parts of the Emballator Group, giving us a broader and deeper view than ever before. We are truly grateful to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts with us, and we would also like to thank Alba Business Group for their valuable support throughout the process.
Your feedback confirms that we are on the right track in many areas, and it also highlights where we can improve. That is exactly the kind of insight we need to continue developing. Whether it concerns delivery reliability, clearer communication, smoother order handling, faster response times or a stronger focus on innovation and sustainability, we take your input seriously and use it to guide our work forward.
