New CFO recruited to Emballator

Another cornerstone is added to the Emballator HQ team. Ulf Segerström has been recruited as CFO and will be an important part of building a leading European packaging group.

Ulf Segerström is a senior CFO with long experience from working in complex international groups with finance teams in multiple countries. During his career he has worked for Fristads Kansas Group, Hemtex, and Milko. In Fristads Kansas he built up a small and efficient central team for the international group.

“Ulf is a senior leader with a pleasant personality. He is simple and clear in his communication and is always focusing on the business. He is another cornerstone in building a leading packaging group. I’m very pleased that he is joining our HQ team in Ulricehamn, he will be a great support to our businesses”, says Anders Davidsson, acting CEO Emballator, Chairman of the Emballator Board and CEO of Herenco Holding.

Ulf Segerström will be based in the Emballator headquarters in Ulricehamn and report to the new Emballator Group CEO, Kent Viitanen.

“I’m looking forward becoming a part of Emballator and working with the different businesses. I hope to contribute to improvements in all aspects and develop Emballator”, says Ulf Segerström, starting his role in March 2023.
