Emballator Tectubes is launching Ø60 mm plastic tubes, offering exceptional high print quality and with the option to be produced using recycled plastic (PCR).

We are excited to introduce an innovation that opens new possibilities for high-volume cosmetic, food, chemical, paint and construction products. Emballator Tectubes latest investment enables the manufacturing of plastic tubes with a diameter of 60 mm – a rare size in Europe. The new tube holds approximately 400 ml and is ideal for products such as shower cream, hair masks, or body lotion.

One of the key advantages is the ability to offer exceptionally high print quality in various formats. Seamlessly switching between flexo printing, screen printing, and inline foiling during the printing process allows for broader and more versatile design possibilities.

Thanks to the machine’s multi-layer technology, we can also offer tubes made from recycled plastic (PCR), making them a sustainable choice for brands that want to combine volume with environmental responsibility. Deliveries are planned to start in Q1 2026.
