We are delighted to welcome Johan Wallskog to Emballator Group

Johan brings over 15 years of experience in industrial operations and digital transformation, with a background from leading roles at Aurobay and Volvo Cars. His work has spanned both Swedish and international contexts, including several years in China, where he led production teams and implemented Lean strategies.

 

In his new role, Johan will be a key driver in shaping Emballator’s future operations. He’ll work closely with our business areas, production managers, and internal networks to strengthen efficiency, develop sustainable flows and processes, and promote technical innovation across our eleven factories. His mission is to support the continued development of our operations with a holistic perspective – where profitability, process thinking, sustainability, and continuous improvement go hand in hand.

 

Johan holds a bachelor’s degree in HR and Business Administration from the University of Skövde. He describes himself as someone who thrives when working with others toward shared goals, and who is always eager to learn and grow. He values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the power of good people, good processes, and good data.

 

Outside of work, Johan enjoys spending time with his large family on their farm just outside Åsarp – a place that keeps him grounded and energized.
