What are your first impressions of Emballator?

“I’ve noticed high commitment from my colleagues. My area is wide and demands a good cooperation between different departments and I can see that they all are engaged in solving what needs to be solved. My feeling is also that the end-customer is closer to my work here.”

What is your primary role?

“I’m responsible to make sure that the technique works and drives development, mainly production equipment but also all technology around the facility. I lead my technical team consisting of both engineers and maintenance staff.”

Shortly, can you tell us about your background?

“I’ve been working at Volvo all my career in different roles, mainly connected to production and maintenance. During the last years I was the head of a maintenance department.”

How would you describe yourself?

“Positive, open and honest. I’m also structured and solution-oriented.”

Our values are important for us, which one or ones do you carry with you in your work?

“For me, profitability and long-term approach is really important. If we have long-term profitability, we can work seriously with all the other values.”

Finally, what are you doing in your spare time?

“I’ve been driving motorcycle for all my life and now I’m competing together with my son in mini–Grand Prix. I also like to spend time with my family and take care of our house.”
